Offered at very low cost, three models operate from 12, 15 or 24 VDC input bus voltages, providing dual outputs of +15 VDC and -8 VDC; the recommended  gate bias levels for most IGBT driver circuits.

The output current is ±120mA. Standard features include 3,000 VAC I/O isolation, very low isolation capacitance and high efficiency. The MTBF (perMIL HDBK 217F) is greater than 3.5Mhours.

All models are packaged in a miniature, 7-pin SIP case that requires very little board space. The pin-out is industry standard & all case materials meet UL94-V0 requirements. They are specified for operation over the wide operating temperature range of -40°C to +105°C with no heat sinking required. Cooling is by free-air convection.

The IG275E are specifically designed for use in the driver circuits for IGBT devices such as the inverters used in solar power systems and railway traction systems.
